Returns & Exchanges:

If you have questions on sizing, please reach out to us before ordering so we can help you receive the perfect size and fit. With that being said, we get it... Sometimes items just don’t fit! When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.

  • We will accept returns for store credit for the purchase price. No exchanges or refunds.
  • All items must be returned in unworn, unused conditions with tags still attached. We have the right to deny any item.
  • If an item is unacceptable, it will be either returned to you at your expense or donated to the nearest shelter. This may include pet hair, smell, stains, etc. at our discretion. 
  • You will be responsible for return shipping. Please ship with tracking to ensure delivery.
  • To be eligible for return, you must return the item to Sis within 10 days. We will not be responsible if your item does not arrive. Holiday return policy exception for purchases from November 27th through December 23rd which has a grace period window of 30 days from day of purchase. 
  • Live sale and MAKEUP items as well as clearance items are FINAL SALE unless otherwise noted.

Once your item(s) has been processed we will notify you via your customer account email on how to redeem your store credit. Store credit will expire after 6 months. 
If you have received a defective or damaged item you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchased item. No exceptions. Item photo must then be emailed to us showing the tag still attached.
